TRANSFORMERS
To create intrigue for the Transformers ride at Universal Studios we placed OOH around Los Angeles warning everyone of impending doom.
Next we wrapped elevators as part of a series of stunts where Megatron terrorizes Los Angeles.
Trash barrels at popular city beaches were wrapped to look like they were blasted by Megatron.
We also covered the wall of the Staple's Center with a 100-foot vinyl and hired crazy sandwich board people to help make it look like Megatron had attacked the city of Los Angeles.
Lastly, to reach the rest of the United States, we interrupted over 111 million homes in the commercial pod right before the Super Bowl kickoff with a message from Optimus Prime and Megatron.
The stunts generated more than $700,000 in free media impressions and when the ride opened, it was the most successful launch to date for Universal Studios.
